Kendall Hickman

Kendall Hickman has been an educator for over 15 years. Her teaching experiences exapands over K – 8 with a concentration in reading and english. Currently, Kendall is a reading specialist at Keystone Elementary school for grades K – 3. She is actively involved in the school and community through various events and programs. Kendall is also a dance instructor and has been teaching a variety of styles of dance for over 25 years. She is the owner and creator of a small dance studio in Emlenton called Miss Kendall’s School of Dance.

Scrubgrass Grange

Join the Scrubgrass Grange for an engaging evening of hands-on learning. Families will explore pollinators, agriculture, and youth development through interactive activity stations. Participants will build small pollinator habitats, plant native seeds, and discover how insects support healthy ecosystems and food production. In addition, they trace the journey of milk from farm to table, and learn how farmers care for animals and the environment. Our local 4-H educator will lead quick science and engineering challenges while sharing opportunities for youth leadership, project-based learning, and community involvement. This Remake Learning Event is designed for learners of all ages and backgrounds,and encourages curiosity, conversation, and will provide practical take-home ideas that families can use long after the night ends.
