Girls of Steel Robot Chassis Building Workshop

Girls of Steel Robotics, founded in 2010 at Carnegie Mellon University's Field Robotics Center, is a K-12 outreach program hosting FIRST robotics teams and other community activities. Join us to build a working robot chassis in less than 2 hours. Our innovative chassis project was created in 2013. This project lets participants build and drive a completely functional robot chassis in about two hours and has been completed by everyone from children in grade school to adult business executives. Our goal for this project is to show people of all ages that robotics is fun and approachable, and that anyone can build a robot!
