About this Event
Students will select a career and then rotate through stations simulating about the monthly earnings and expenses of 'life.'
After a classroom lesson on wants vs needs and financial literacy, students will use a bank-book to rotate through stations simulating the choices people have to make about how to spend and allocate their financial resources. Stations will include: taxes, health care, housing, transportation, vacation, food. Student will be able to reflect on how effectively and efficiently they managed their money.
