About this event

Harrison County Schools is the operating school district within Harrison County, West Virginia. It is governed by the Harrison County Board of Education and serves approximately 11,000 students in Harrison County. Dr. Mark Manchin is the current superintendent.

Harrison County Schools will host a STEAM Powered Family Day. During this event, parents and children will engage in hands-on activities that will make learning come alive. STEAM Powered Family Day will include rotating stations and hands-on learning for children. This event will bring children and families together to develop a new perspective for learning. Families will be invited to participate in activities from the following categories maker space, technology, engineering, and the arts.
