Take a bite out of science during this event that will actually encourage you to play with your food! Through many rich STEM activities, you will explore the chemical reactions of food in culinary concoctions and fermentation experiments, discover the biology of taste buds, and extract DNA in foods. We’ll also explore the technological side of foods by learning how to grow your own food, make paper from fruits, and tap into the power of potatoes!
