About this event

Why Animals Don’t Smoke is a tobacco prevention program. Story boards and animal puppets reinforce with children the dangers of tobacco and its effect on the body.

The mission of the Armstrong Indiana Clarion Drug & Alcohol Commission (AICDAC) is to address the abuse and destructive effects of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs through prevention, intervention, treatment, and case management.

The vision of the AICDAC is to maximize resources that empower change to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and the community impacted by the abuse and destructive effects of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
