Help us kick off STEM Week Oregon in partnership with Remake Learning Days, May 8-16! 

Join STEM-lovers across the state as STEM Week Oregon partners with Remake Learning Days Across America, the Nation’s largest learning festival, for the seventh annual STEM Week Oregon! May 8-16th dozens of public and private events will be held throughout Oregon bringing together students and families in a celebration of all things STEM! A wide variety of events will take place for students and families alike. Attention Rock Collectors! Are your pockets and bookshelves full of collected rocks? If so, come and find out how the Perseverance Rover is collecting rocks on Mars. During the upcoming Space Talk offered through Dallas Public Library on May 15 from 1:00-2:00pm find out what the Perseverance Rover and the spacecraft, Ingenuity, have been up to! STEM Like a Girl! Find out what it is like to work and play in STEM during this interactive workshop! From 1:00-3:00pm on May 16, youth interested in STEM will participate in hands-on building activities, hear from women currently working in the field of STEM, and race their very own balloon powered car! Dinosaurs, in Oregon?! Join the Mt.Angel Public Library and Museum of Natural and Cultural History at Humpert Park in Mt.Angel Oregon, on May 15 from 11:00am-1:00pm for a Dino-mite adventure! Explore the history of dinosaurs in Oregon, discover what makes a dino a dino, and example dinosaur fossils as a family. Find out more about Dinos in the Park, visit here
