This year's Remake Learning Festival will occur May 2, 2024 to May 22, 2024!

Remake Learning Days launches in Northeast PA! Join us for the third year of this festival, featuring hands-on learning opportunities. These events will allow youth, families, grandparents, caregivers, and educators to explore creative and fun ways of learning.   Build a robot, make an art product, explore the outdoors, and learn to code, or 3D print!  Attend events at schools, museums, libraries, after-school organizations, childcare centers, tech companies, and more.

Experience what’s coming next for your child.  Let’s remake learning together.

If you are an interested event host and wish to learn more,

you can now view this event on demand!

The Northeast PA Remake Learning (#remakedaysNEPA) team offered several 1-hour virtual workshops meant to introduce Remake Learning Days to interested hosts in the Northeast Region of Pennsylvania and walk through the event submission process.

If you are interested in participating as an event host and wish to learn more, please view this video and/or slide deck. The event previously scheduled on February 12th was canceled.

DiscoverEd Remake Learning Registration is Now Open!!!

As a kick start to Remake Learning Days across Pennsylvania, on May 7th, DiscoverED invites first- and second-grade classrooms across the state to “virtually” swap schools/classrooms to experience how STEAM and maker pedagogies are thriving in classrooms different from their own. Participating schools will connect virtually, and students will plan, create, and iterate their own catapult using maker design skills. A live feed of this event will be streamed between classroom partners as we launch Remake Learning Days across Pennsylvania!

Video of past DiscoverED events can be found here.

The interest form is now available. If your school would like to participate in DiscoverEd, please complete the interest form by March 17, 2024. As an added bonus, each student who participates in DiscoverED will also collect an artifact for their Career Ready PA Backpack. Schools with more than 100 artifacts will receive a banner to commemorate their efforts.
