About this Event

During the Pennsylvania State Symbols Children’s Program, elementary age children and their families will enjoy learning about the various flora and fauna that represent Pennsylvania. Participants will learn about our state insect, bird, animal, amphibian, tree, and more. The interactive lesson will include hands-on activities such as exploring various taxidermy models and tracks, making a fun nature-inspired craft, and going on a short hike on the You Can Trail where participants will view and learn about our deer exclosure.
