About this Event

Drop your kids off at The Nature Place for a full day of exploring Angelica Creek Park, fun scientific experiments, and other hands-on activities perfect for the curious, adventure-seeker!

In May, the Nature Explorers hit the trails to practice the Leave No Trace principles of hiking. During this full-day, drop-off program, children will learn and experience responsible hiking etiquette across a variety of trails and environments. Each participant is encouraged to bring one item they personally think would be good to have while exploring nature.

Event registration closes on May 15th.

Returning camper? Your child can meet-up with their old camp friends! New to Eco-Camp? We’ll give you a preview of what to expect when summer Eco-Camp kicks off in June. Pack a lunch – we’ll provide the fun and adventure!

Scholarships are available! We believe nature should be accessible and welcoming to all. With the support of our donors, Berks Nature is able to offer scholarships to children hoping to participate in the Nature Explorers program that would otherwise be financially unable to. For more information and to apply, please contact Allison Mackley (allison.mackley@berksnature.org).
