About this Event

Learn practical skills to attend to your social emotional wellbeing as an educator and helping your students self-regulate alongside you in the classroom.

WQED Education and Open Up Pittsburgh invite educators to join us for a morning of yoga, relaxation, and social emotional resource exploration! This workshop is for anyone working with learners in prek-5th grade. The strategies and tools featured in this workshop apply to all students with disabilities and without, making it an accessible and flexible skillset to add to your educator toolbox.

Earn Act 48 credit too!

This workshop will be held in Open Up’s yoga studio, you’ll be invited to do some gentle movements so feel free to wear something comfortable! Any yoga materials will be provided to participants. Yoga is optional!
