Rachel Smith is the district wide librarian in the Wellsboro Area School District. She spends the majority of her time at school teaching K-4 library special. As a former engineer, Rachel is always looking for innovative ways to include STEM, entrepreneurship, and computer science in her instruction, activities, and overall library programs. Rachel is excited to join the RLD family and host her first official RLD event this year!
