Join us for an action-packed day of skateboarding fun at the Cantley Gala with Crazydanskateboardcoach! This exciting “Have-a-Go” Skateboarding Session is open to all ages and abilities — whether you’re stepping on a board for the first time or you’re already cruising, there’s something for everyone!

Led by certified and DBS-checked coach Daniel Branwood (aka Crazydan), this taster session offers a safe and supportive environment for young people and families to learn the basics of skateboarding. You’ll get to try out different types of skateboards, learn how to push, balance, and turn, and take part in fun mini challenges throughout the day.

All skateboards, helmets, and safety pads are provided for free — so no equipment or experience is needed! Participants will also receive free goodie bags, stickers, and certificates to celebrate their achievements and encourage continued learning. Water and refreshments will also be available to keep everyone fueled and hydrated.

This event is part of the Remake Learning Days Doncaster Festival, which promotes inclusive and accessible learning opportunities across the city. Our skateboarding session supports positive mental well-being, confidence-building, and physical activity in a fun, creative way.
