About this Event

Calling all Remake Learning Educators and Partners - join us for a behind-the-scenes look at our Studios Model – a future-ready approach to learning and rethinking traditional specials, all made possible with the support of the Remake Learning Moonshot Grant.

HMS Studios are career-connected, hands-on learning experiences designed to give students more voice, choice, and purpose during the school day. Instead of a one-size-fits-all elective block, students choose studios aligned to interests and real-world skill sets—where they:

  1. create and problem-solve through projects and challenges
  2. collaborate and communicate like a real team
  3. build future-ready technical and creative skills
  4. connect school learning to careers and community needs

Studios are built to be engaging and accessible for all learners, with teachers acting as facilitators and coaches while students learn by doing.

This event is a chance to see Studios in action, ask questions, and learn how the Moonshot Grant helped us move from idea to implementation – supporting space redesign, materials, scheduling, and authentic learning experiences. Be sure to RSVP and join us for either the morning or afternoon session:
