About this Event
Students, families, and community members are invited to participate in hands-on STEM fun: Arduino projects, circuit building, coding, robotics, and maker activities—free and open to all ages!
The event will provide engaging maker-style activities that promote exploration in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. By creating a welcoming environment and offering mentorship opportunities, STEMNetX aims to build confidence, spark curiosity, and inspire future STEM leaders from diverse backgrounds.
Activities include:
Arduino UNO Demonstrations: Participants will build and program electronics projects.
Electronic Wiring & Circuits: Attendees will learn basic circuit assembly, LED setups, and sensor integration.
Robotics & Maker Activities: Interactive challenges will foster problem-solving, teamwork, and design thinking skills.
Creative Coding Challenges: Hands-on coding exercises to inspire innovation and computational thinking.
Immersive Mars Rover Experience: Participants will operate a Mars rover simulation, navigating challenges and gaining insight into engineering and space exploration.
