Erin Haburjak serves as the Coordinator of Online Learning at Waterfront Learning, a department within the Teaching and Learning Division at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. In this role, she leads virtual programming initiatives, supports instructional staff, and ensures high-quality, student-centered learning experiences for diverse learners. Erin is committed to fostering ethical leadership, strengthening instructional practices, and building systems that promote meaningful feedback and continuous improvement. She is currently pursuing her Educational Doctorate at Point Park University, further deepening her expertise in leadership and innovation in education.
Outside of her professional work, Erin spends her free time with her family. She can most often be found cheering on her three children at sporting events, embracing the joy and energy of busy family life. She loves relaxing at the beach and spending time at home with her husband, Brandon, and their two beloved pups, Louis and Frankie.
