Jenna Whitney is the Director of Innovation and Digital Learning for the South Allegheny School District, where she leads K–12 transformation focused on career pathways, artificial intelligence literacy, and student-centered learning. With more than two decades in education, Jenna began her career as a science and STEM teacher and has grown into a systems-level leader committed to preparing students for a rapidly changing world.
She spearheads initiatives in project-based learning, collaborative learning and industry partnerships that connect classrooms to real-world opportunity.

Jenna also serves as a varsity volleyball coach and advisor to the district’s Kindness Campaign, believing leadership and empathy are as essential as technical skill. Her work centers on ensuring every student graduates future ready, confident, and equipped with both the human and technical skills needed to launch into college, career, or service with purpose and Gladiator pride.
