Jessie is a Special Education teacher in the Washington School District, where she works with junior high students in an emotional support classroom. She is passionate about helping her students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Jessie recently completed her ESL certification, further expanding her ability to support diverse learners.
Outside the classroom, Jessie spends her summers managing the pool and making the most of the warm weather. Her two children keep her busy with their many sports activities, and she loves cheering them on from the sidelines.
Jessie is also active in her children’s school community, volunteering her time and serving in a PTA role. When she’s not teaching or supporting school activities, you can often find her hiking local trails or enjoying the outdoors with her family and their dog.
