Mikaela is a STEM lover, athlete, and artist. She is currently a captain on her school’s varsity softball team, the vice president of her school’s chapter of Society of Women Engineers (SWE)Next, a designer of her class’s yearbook, and more. She is looking to major in environmental engineering and is particularly interested in alternative energy. On the weekends, she enjoys being a part of her religious community as the President of her synagogue’s Youth Group and a Teacher Assistant for the Reigious School. She loves being engaged in her community and is determined to improve its sustainable practices.
