Nicole Ayers

Nicole Ayers is a teaching artist and media producer who spent several years demonstrating her commitment to leading transformative learning experiences for children. She provides K-12 academic support while also developing literacy programs that extend beyond the classroom. As an advocate for equitable learning practices, Nicole’s work is centered on building ecosystems where all children receive the support they need to thrive. Nicole remains actively involved in community engagement initiatives that provide students with opportunities to gain transferrable skills, explore new careers and create pathways to entrepreneurship. She aims to raise awareness about innovative models of learning that improve student outcomes and shape the future of education in the public school system.
