Özge is a tenth grade student fascinated by a myriad of topics. She is an avid reader and has been a writer for longer than she can remember, mostly of short speculative fiction. She enjoys competitive robotics with her team, her current project being a learning tool for children with cortical visual impairment. One can often find her belting her lungs out to show tunes, or reading feminist nonfiction. As someone who finds great value in mentorship and community, she is very excited for this year’s RLD program, and hopes she can make a positive impact!
