Learning through exploration, discovery and play is the work of childhood to paraphrase Fred Rogers. Getting excellent books and access to resources for the families in our community is an important part of a library’s service imperative. Combining all these elements to serve the community where one resides is a JOY discovered through almost 25 years of service at New Castle Public Library and alongside the home education community.
