About this Event
"STEM Explorers: Building Bright Futures!" is a private, hands-on career exploration event where BILD elementary families discover STEM careers through fun activities like engineering, sports, culinary arts, and animal science—led by industry pros to inspire future innovators!
This closed event for Bearcat Institute of Learning & Development (BILD) students and families will be held at Southside Elementary School. Previous BILD students will be able to attend as mentors and to join in the fun.
Activities & Stations include:
- Sub-Station 1: Animal Care with Members of the Standing Stone FFA
- Sub-Station 2: Sports with HASD’s Athletic Director
- Sub-Station 3: Food Industry Exploration
- Sub-Station 4: Engineering & Fabrication with TIU11
Each BILD student will receive a Mystery Bag Challenge & Enrichment Opportunities to try at home.
