About this Event

Use the Sun to power a custom designed car and learn some basic electronic skills along the way.

Join the Rivet creating a green energy car combining digital design and fabrication alongside basic electronic work. This workshop is aimed at youth ages 8-14 and will offer participants the opportunities to learn elements of 3D printing, soldering and electric circuitry as they wire the solar panel for a one of a kind vehicle of their own design.

The event will be held on May 10th from 9:00-11:30am in the Rivet. Closed toed shoes are required as well as pre-registration for the event.
