About this Event

Learn about an ancient Japanese artform using water and ink and then create your own in part one of this two-part class.

This is the first section of a two-part class for ages 10-18.

In part one, learn about Suminagashi, a Japanese form of marbling that uses water and specialized ink. You will learn this technique and use it to make one greeting card. While your card is drying, you will make a simple beaded bracelet, focusing on construction, form and function.
