About this Event
Explore Headwaters Park and our Natural Resource Center in the evening, discovering our stream table, enjoying the Park, and working with our partners on exploring gardening, water and the natural wonders of our very unique Erie County!
Enjoy a spring evening at Headwaters Park! The trails will be open for a beautiful spring event with many activities for the family to choose from and enjoy. Follow one of many self-guided tours of the Park, from Tree ID to exploring the history of the Mill Creek Flood to a new scavenger hunt! Our Resource Center will be open, offering families a chance to learn more about PA native species, get their hands into our interactive stream table, and create different nature themed artistic pieces. Several partners will be joining us, including the Erie County Penn State Master Gardeners, with information and exploration about plants and gardening. The Penn State Extension Master Watershed Stewards will be in the Center, offering information and discoveries about aquatic invasive species.
