About this Event

Join us for Seed Bomb Science as we explore how seeds grow by creating colorful, eco-friendly seed bombs that families can take home and plant anywhere nature needs a little extra beauty.

Seed Bomb Science is a hands-on, family-friendly workshop where children and caregivers learn how plants grow by creating their own seed bombs using soil, clay, and a mix of pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds. Participants will explore why native plants matter, how seeds travel and germinate, and how small environmental actions can make a big difference in their own neighborhoods. This activity is perfect for learners of all ages and abilities, especially those who enjoy messy play and outdoor discovery. Everyone will leave with several seed bombs to plant at home or share within the community—helping to spread color, support pollinators, and spark a love of science and nature.
