About this Event
Join us to celebrate Spring at MUSA's Sprout Spree! Join us at Amity Community Garden as we learn more about the life cycle of plants, pollinators, and a build a vegetable planter to tend to all summer long!
Our children, families, and community members are invited to join us for an end of year celebration where we will welcome spring with MUSA children, families and the Homestead community! MUSA’s Sprout Spree is designed to encourage outdoor learning opportunities.
Activities will include:
- Exploring the amazing community resource that’s available in Homestead, the Amity Community Garden!
- Learn about the life cycle of plants with Ms. Lainey, the lead teacher of our Eco Club!
- Learn about the importance of pollinators in the garden with our amazing community partner, Venture Outdoors!
- Build your own vegetable planter to tend to all summer long with Ms. Cat!
