About this Event
Join us at the Heinz History Center as we celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary this summer through art, history, and personal storytelling.
Inspired by the Heinz History Center’s newest exhibit, My American: An Illustrated Experience, this hands-on activity invites participants to explore the question: What does America mean to you?
Guests will use historical symbols, meaningful colors, and their own creativity to design and create a personal flag that reflects their identity, values, and experiences.
Whether you choose to fly your own unique flag or reimagine the American flag itself, this creative experience encourages reflection, expression, and conversation.
No cost for children; $20 admission per adult.
