Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure of cooking, connection and discovery!
Come and see how student teams work together to prepare a dish using an assembly-line format, with each participant responsible for a specific step in the process! Teams will be challenged to coordinate their roles, adapt to unexpected obstacles, and improve their workflow.
Learn about the cultural background of the dish they are preparing, including why certain ingredients are used and how meals are traditionally shared, creating a meaningful connection between cultural appreciation and hands-on learning.
Beyond cooking, this culinary challenge connects students to real-world skills and concepts such as systems thinking, efficiency, role specialization, and problem-solving!
