Be a part of interactive demonstrations of scientific principles presented by SubZero. Learn STEM based concepts through the use of liquid nitrogen and sample the delicious flash-frozen ice cream results. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Space is limited. First come, first served. Get your ticket at the youth desk starting at 1 pm.
