About this Event
Participants will explore essential wilderness skills, including how to properly pack and prepare for a hike, identify animal tracks, and more outdoor basics to conquer the outdoor world.
This hands-on experience will allow participants to learn how to tackle wilderness challenges like insect stings and snake bites, boost their outdoor confidence in skills such as preparing for a hike, identifying animal tracks, and wildlife encounters. They’ll also gain essential survival techniques, including splint setting, tourniquet application, hypothermia management, and versatile uses of a bandana for emergencies.
