Soar in 4 equips families of early learners with knowledge and free resources for hands on, engaging literacy experiences that build oral language and expand vocabulary
Soar in 4 is a free parenting program that promotes literacy. We activate parent(s) to be their child’s first literacy teacher. Parents learn how to read to their child, introduce rich new vocabulary and skills, connect with community resources and receive free materials.
