Alicia Churchill is a Special Education teacher at Dassa McKinney Elementary, where she teaches students in grades K-6. As part of her commitment to helping children build a growth mindset and explore their interests, she serves on the board of directors and instructs summer engineering camps for Kid’s Innovation Playground. KIP is a nonprofit organization devoted to bridging the educational gap in STEAM experiences for children PreK-8th grade in rural western Pennsylvania.
