Meet Mandy, a dedicated working mom who wears multiple hats with pride. By day, she serves as the Food Service Director for Harbor Creek SD, ensuring that every child receives nutritious meals to fuel their day of learning. But her passion extends far beyond the cafeteria walls. Mandy understands the importance of community involvement in education. Recently, she spearheaded a “Thank a Farmer Week,” rallying local farmers and county royalty to join forces in a family-friendly event celebrating agriculture and its importance in our lives. Outside of her professional commitments, Mandy’s heart lies with her two energetic boys. As a soccer mom and a cheerleader for her boys’ cross country races, she’s always on the sidelines, cheering them on with unwavering support. Together, with her husband, Eric, they embark on family adventures, exploring the treasures of their community and creating memories along the way.
