WITF- STEM & Innovation for Educators: WITF proudly invites educators to explore our NEW Innovation Studio at the Public Media Center on May 18 from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM! STEM & Innovation for Educators is a FREE drop-in event harnessing principles rooted in phenomena-based concepts. This event will ignite curiosity and spark scientific thinking while exposing educators to WITF partnerships and available resources!
Our NEW Innovation Studio features Cubelets, Ozobots, Spheros, Dashbots, and more! WITF- STEM & Innovation for Educators offers educators an opportunity to explore STEM resources and participate in inquiry-based lessons and activities focused on coding and robotics, design challenges, and scientific investigations! Educators will also have an opportunity to test their pilot skills in our brand-new flight simulator and discover aerodynamics concepts at the flight station. Educational resources and ideas to enhance student inquiry will be available at our STEM & Innovation for Educators event on May 18! Additionally, information will be shared on how meaningful partnerships can bring these learning opportunities into the classroom for students!
