At R.O.C.K.'s Family Science Night, children will have the opportunity to work with Saint Francis University students to complete hands-on science activities, demonstrating that chemistry can be both fun and exciting!
At R.O.C.K.’s Family Science Night, children will have the opportunity to work with Saint Francis University students to complete hands-on science activities, demonstrating that chemistry can be both fun and exciting! Students will be divided into two separate rooms, with different activities for younger students (ages 5-12) and older ones (ages 13-18). These activities will be geared towards giving the participating students interaction with our trained team of Saint Francis students while working on various science experiments. Topics can range from static electricity and electrons to acids/bases and chromatography. The event will wrap up with the making of a sweet treat for all ages!
