Learn the ins and outs of carving your own rubber stamps! From doodles to repeating patterns, see how much printing (and you!) can do!
Parents and children (3rd – 6th grade) will work together with Teaching Artist/Printmaker Lauren Bailey to make a simple carved stamp using a soft cut printing block and a linoleum cutter., inspired by classic relief printing The unique stamp will then be employed to create repeating patterns on paper using brayers and block printing ink. Line, pattern, and color will be explored! Limited to 16 participants.
