Through on-site, hands-on demonstrations and presentations, as well as exciting remote programming, museum visitors can engage with a diverse group of STEM professionals from underrepresented and historically excluded populations, showcasing all the ways that science “rocks.”
This event centers and uplifts those often left out of and dissuaded from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math): black, indigenous, and people of color; girls/femmes; transgender, gender non-conforming and non-binary children and adults; neurodiverse and disabled populations. At Carnegie Science Center, STEM is for everyone!
