Join the Housing Authority of Kansas City and the Kansas City Public Library for a groovy glow party! Learn about what makes things glow and join us for a glow painting party, glow-in-the-dark jewelry-making, and glowing goo. At outdoor activity stations, families can do tie-dye and create their own mini hot air balloons. The Kansas City Public Library’s youth van will be on-site with free book giveaways, and families will also enjoy lunch and raffles. Please note that this event is only open to residents of the Housing Authority.
