Soar in 4 Events provide families with early learners (ages 0-4) hands-on engaging literary experiences designed to increase oral language and vocabulary. Studies show that the most crucial years of learning are before a child is old enough to enter school. Soar in 4 is a free parenting program that promotes literacy. We activate parents to be their child's first literacy teacher. Parents learn how to read to their child, introduce rich new vocabulary and skills, connect with community resources and receive free materials.
