Please join us with your family to get outside and enjoy nature as you explore our nature play space, take part in a story walk down to our stream, roast a marshmallow over the campfire, and engage in an animal presentation by ZooAmerica.
We are excited to partner with Remake Learning Days during our annual Family Fun Day at Rooted & Free Nature School! We hope you can join us for this exciting day outdoors!
Some of the activities include:
- Exploring Rooted & Free’s Nature Play Space (mud kitchen, rope tunnel, see saw, access to a stream, and much more)
- ZooAmerica’s live presentation including animals native to PA
- A Space to Make’s collaborative art project
- Story Walk down to a stream at camp and an opportunity to participate in a stream study to determine the health of the stream based on macroinvertebrates
Please come dressed for the weather. Don’t forget to bring your boots and adventurous spirit! Hope to see you there!
