MCIU’s Environmental Mobile Unit (EMU) is teaming up with Wissahickon Trails at the Evans Mumbower Mill Open House.

MCIU’s Environmental Mobile Unit is teaming up with Wissahickon Trails at the Evans-Mumbower Mill Open House on May 18th.  Explore Montgomery County’s only water-powered grist mill on a guided tour, experience hands-on demonstrations. Also join us in welcoming Montgomery County Intermediate Unit’s Environmental Mobile Unit (EMU), which will offer the latest technology to explore and protect our watershed.  Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to connect with Pennsylvania’s rich history and connection to nature and learn how to make a positive impact on our environment.

Career Ready PA is excited to uplift Remake Learning Days events and provide a seamless opportunity for K-12 students to obtain artifacts for their career portfolio. Events that qualify for Career Ready PA Backpack Challenge will provide participants the opportunity to gain a 21st century learning skill or be exposed to future careers. After this event, students will need to complete the artifact survey.  This survey will be shared with your public K-12 school so you and your school can earn career portfolio credit for the Backpack Challenge!
