Participants will explore the power of personalized learning by engaging with students and teachers, visiting innovative spaces, and immersing themselves in relevant experiences that empower curiosity and spark wonder in education.
Beaver Area Bobcats are hosting a site visit for educators who are interested in exploring how our district is embracing a personalized learning approach to education as a way to transform learning experiences for students. We will share some of the strategic moves the administration has made in the past several years to make the shift to “future ready” learning. Some efforts have been long standing traditions such as the High School Student Technology Assistant Program, whereas others are still in the infancy stages of implementation. We look forward to sharing with you the power of personalized learning while engaging with students and teachers, visiting innovative spaces, and immersing themselves in relevant experiences that empower curiosity and spark wonder in education. Participants must register/RSVP to do a “Deep Dive” into various student-centered learning environments by selecting a specific grade band/building/program. Areas of focus on this site visit will be highlighted in the registration/RSVP form.
